Social Post Scheduler

Click 📅 Schedule Posts on any campaign to open a month-view calendar with color-coded posts per platform (Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook). Each post has a status you can cycle: Draft → Scheduled → Posted.

  1. Click Import from Timeline to prefill from AI tasks.
  2. Click a day to add or edit a post.
  3. Click a status badge to cycle Draft → Scheduled → Posted.
  4. Use Bulk Reschedule to shift unposted posts by N days.

Click 🚀 Run Ads on a campaign to configure live ad campaigns per platform. Set audience targeting, paste or generate ad copy, and lock in a daily budget before launching.

  1. Pick a platform and set audience, copy, daily budget.
  2. Flip status from Draft → Active to launch.
  3. Review CTR / CPC / spend as it runs.

Email Campaigns

LaunchLit generates AI-drafted ARC request letters and media pitch emails tailored to your book. Click 📤 Send on any email task to open the send modal — fill in the recipient, sender name, and subject, then dispatch directly from the app.

  1. Open ✉️ Reviewer Letters or 📧 Pitch Emails.
  2. Click 📤 Send to dispatch.
  3. Track sent emails in the campaign log.

ARC Tracker

Click 📚 ARC Tracker on a campaign to open the Advance Review Copy pipeline. Add reviewer contacts with their name, email, and platform (Goodreads, BookTok, blog, etc.). Track each reviewer through Contacted → Responded → Received ARC → Posted Review, then log the review URL when it goes live.

  1. Add name, email, platform for each reviewer.
  2. Move them through Contacted → Responded → Received → Posted.
  3. Log the review URL when it goes live.
