Campaign Launch Hub
The Launch Hub is your mission control at /book/:slug/launch. It shows a live countdown to your pub date, a readiness score across your six tools, and a Next Actions list that points you at whatever is left to do before launch.
Open it whenever you stop working and want to see where you stand. Use the four module tiles (Ad Plan, Social Calendar, ARC Tracker, Email Campaigns) to jump straight into the tool you need next.
- Read the readiness score to gauge where you stand.
- Work through the Next Actions list top-to-bottom.
- Click a module tile to deep-dive into that tool.
Social Post Scheduler
Click 📅 Schedule Posts on any campaign to open a month-view calendar with color-coded posts per platform (Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook). Each post has a status you can cycle: Draft → Scheduled → Posted.
Click any day to add or edit a post, use the platform filter chips to focus the view, and use Bulk Reschedule to shift every unposted post forward or backward by N days.

Ad Campaign Runner
Click 🚀 Run Ads on a campaign to configure live ad campaigns per platform. Set audience targeting, paste or generate ad copy, and lock in a daily budget before launching.
Each platform status flows through Draft → Active → Paused → Ended, with daily performance metrics (impressions, clicks, spend, CTR, CPC) tracked on the dashboard.
- Pick a platform and set audience, copy, daily budget.
- Flip status from Draft → Active to launch.
- Review CTR / CPC / spend as it runs.
Email Campaigns
LaunchLit generates AI-drafted ARC request letters and media pitch emails tailored to your book. Click 📤 Send on any email task to open the send modal — fill in the recipient, sender name, and subject, then dispatch directly from the app.
All sent emails are logged against the campaign so you have a clear outreach history per reviewer or press contact.
- Open ✉️ Reviewer Letters or 📧 Pitch Emails.
- Click 📤 Send to dispatch.
- Track sent emails in the campaign log.
ARC Tracker
Click 📚 ARC Tracker on a campaign to open the Advance Review Copy pipeline. Add reviewer contacts with their name, email, and platform (Goodreads, BookTok, blog, etc.).
Track each reviewer through the stages Contacted → Responded → Received ARC → Posted Review. Once a review is live, log the review URL right in the tracker so you can grab it later for marketing.
- Add name, email, platform for each reviewer.
- Move them through the pipeline Contacted → Responded → Received → Posted.
- Log the review URL when it goes live.
